- X,Y,Z axis (Longitudinal ,Vertical ,Cross) uses Ø63 ballscrew; provides high stability during grinding.
- Enhanced rib & box structure design strengthen machine rigidity greatly. X, Y and Z Axis uses high precision roller Iinear guideway(55/65). Conventional covers protects the guideway from water, ensures the smooth movement and infeed accuracy, and also increase the life time of usage.
- Customized diamond roller dresser can be fit on the side of the table(for straight tooth) or on top of wheel(for helical tooth)provides fast and efficient dressing .
- Twin-pump, high pressure motor, and temperature controlling device enhanced heat dissipation, which insures best workpiece accuracy.
